BD Hunt Valley is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will build a high-performing team, manage staffing across shifts, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives. On-site with a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and strong rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of direct people-management experience.
• 3 years in a Team Lead/lead role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and align across shifts.
• Monitor performance and address safety, quality, delivery, and compliance issues.
• Allocate resources and staffing to meet objectives.
• Coach and develop associates and team leads to build capability.
• Promote accountability and a high-performance culture.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and continuity.
• Drive GMP, safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Maintenance.
• Lead continuous improvement focused on performance and cost.
