SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Supervisor to coordinate activities within the GMP program and supervise both company and temporary staff. You will ensure sanitation, safety, and adherence to site SOPs, while maintaining quality, and reporting on progress.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and the ability to prepare written reports, monitor equipment and inventory, and ensure proper PPE usage. Some travel may be required; shift is Sun–Thu, 5pm–1:30am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will also be considered.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities within the GMP program and supervise company and temporary employees.
• Inspect areas and equipment to ensure sanitation and OSHA/regulatory compliance.
• Train and supervise staff; prepare reports and maintain records of inspections and training.
• Monitor PPE usage, oversee inventory, and track maintenance and repairs.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action and ensure proper safety practices.
