Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a GMP Supervisor to oversee activities in the GMP program, coordinating company and temporary employees. The role involves inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure sanitation and OSHA compliance and adherence to site SOPs.

The ideal candidate will supervise and train staff, document reports, monitor safety practices, and travel as required. The position offers a night shift (Sun–Thu, 5pm–1:30am) with a salary of $60,000-$65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, sanitation, OSHA regulations, and site SOPs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise activities within the GMP program.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees on safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work, recommend training, and issue disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepare written reports such as pass down and weekly/monthly updates.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or related field
