Job summary

BioSpectra, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a manufacturing shift at our Bangor, PA facility. The role ensures safety, quality, and on-time production while coordinating with adjacent sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years in a supervisory role within chemical manufacturing and a strong focus on GMP compliance, training, and team development. This exempt position offers shift work (12-hour blocks) and opportunities across BioSpectra facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and supervise employees to achieve production goals while ensuring quality, regulatory, safety.
• Strong teamwork, coaching and communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP and MS Office; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team compliance with quality, cGMP and safety systems.
• Track and report production data and KPIs daily.
• Lead shift change meetings and communicate priorities.
• Coordinate operations and ensure training and coaching of employees.
• Review batch records and reconcile documentation.
• Utilize ERP to issue, track and record manufacturing operations.
