Job summary

BioSpectra, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a shift at the Bangor, PA facility. The role focuses on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives, with responsibility for daily production scheduling, team assignment, and training to ensure regulatory compliance.

The supervisor will drive continuous improvement, coordinate with other departments, and maintain cGMP standards across operations. Evening/night rotation and potential support at Stroudsburg may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to lead and supervise employees to achieve production goals while ensuring quality and safety requirements.
• Capable of coaching, inspiring and motivating employees to develop teamwork and performance.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team compliance with quality, cGMP and safety systems.
• Track production data and KPIs daily.
• Review production schedule and assign tasks to the team.
• Train new employees and provide coaching and evaluation.
• Maintain training records and schedule trainings as required.
• Execute daily production schedule and monitor equipment.
