Job summary

Waters seeks a Supervisor Manufacturing Operations in Maryland to lead day-to-day manufacturing, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and people objectives on the 2pm–10:30pm shift. Build a high-performing team, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, coach staff, and use data-driven decision-making to improve performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of direct people-management experience.
• 3+ years in a Team Lead or similar manufacturing leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure alignment across shifts.
• Monitor performance and address safety, quality, or delivery issues.
• Allocate resources and staffing to meet objectives.
• Coach and develop associates to build capability.
• Drive compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance.
• Utilize data and metrics to drive decisions.
