Job summary

Gilead Sciences is seeking a Manufacturing Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the Manufacturing group, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and data integrity. You will lead cross-functional projects, onboard new staff and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

The role requires strong instructional design skills, experience with LMS administration, and excellence in communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Must have training or instructional design background with GMP exposure.
• Excellent presentation and delivery skills for training sessions.
• Experience administering LMS and creating training content.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver manufacturing training programs to meet compliance goals.
• Develop high quality learning products for GMP, GDP, and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional projects supporting Product Operations, Quality and Compliance.
• Onboard new employees into the manufacturing department and MES usage.
• Maintain LMS items, curricula, assessments and track training effectiveness.
