Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Training Specialist I, D Shift, Line 1 (CMO) to design, develop, and deliver training programs that ensure cGMP compliance in parenteral manufacturing. The role focuses on onboarding, OJT, ILT, and CBT delivery via the LMS.

You will create and maintain materials, assess competency, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet training needs and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years' manufacturing experience and completion of the Train the Trainer course.
• Leadership experience required.
• Training experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Trackwise, Master Control and Compliance Wire.

Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes including processing source materials, equipment and component preparation and sterilization, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and inspection & packaging.
• Utilize current instructional design techniques to create and maintain On Job Training (OJT), Instructor Led Training (ILT), and Computer Based Training (CBT) initiatives and programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness.
• Perform routine audits of training records to ensure compliance.
• Deliver training courses to all levels of JHS employees.
• Create training material.
• Perform competency assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Create and present solutions to training productivity issues.
• Stay informed of new training methodologies through continued education.
• Onboarding of new hires.
• Perform functions of training coordinator such as adding roles to curriculums.
