System One seeks a Learning Execution Partner to administer document change requests and learning programs onsite in Wisconsin. The 12-month contract offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to convert to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include coordinating change requests, managing LMS activities, and supporting audits and remediation actions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), GMP experience, and strong MS Office skills, plus expertise with SAP SuccessFactors

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas / functions, and familiarity with document control change request processes
• GMP experience is required
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Familiarity with Document Management Systems
• Experience working in MasterControl is required
• Experience with Veeva is optional
• Experience with SuccessFactors optional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaison effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Preferred: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements (Good Documentation Practices)

• Learning Management Administration: assign training, maintain job code/curriculum, run reports, troubleshoot user accounts, support remediation activities.
