Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. is seeking a capable Document Controller to design and review training materials and coordinate learning solutions across the site. You will support content development, training projects, and delivery of operational learning.

The role requires collaboration with SMEs and trainers, proficiency with learning management tools, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization while maintaining strict GMP compliance and high ethics standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Experience in Learning and Development processes and SOPs in a GMP facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as document controller.
• Monitor periodic review of training systems.
• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers to craft and update content.
• Learn and manage training transactions in SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
