Job summary

The role requires 7 years in relevant fields, GMP knowledge, and CMMS experience. A Maryland Boiler license or ability to obtain within a year is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical or related field.
• 4+ years in GMP biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical or GXP manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and FDA guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with CMMS and regulated documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to facility maintenance.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• MD Class 5 Boiler License or ability to obtain within 1 year
• Ability to read P&ID’s and Schematics
• Understanding Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, security, safety, customer support and services across the site.
• Serve as point of contact for service inquiries, issues, and incidents.
• Document and respond to safety, security, and business-critical alarms; liaise with responders.
• Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Support office moves, meeting support, transport arrangements, and material delivery.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor performance and report data for improvements.
• Prepare reports on facilities performance, incidents, compliance and satisfaction.
• Promote health, safety, environmental standards and compliance.
• Share knowledge and assist onboarding of junior staff.
