Job summary

AstraZeneca Frederick Manufacturing Center is seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Senior Supervisor for the day shift to lead production operations in a regulated facility. You will ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of complex utility and facility systems, coordinate maintenance activities, and mentor junior technicians.

Ideal candidates bring Maryland stationary engineer experience, familiarity with HVAC/refrigeration, and ability to work shifts in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Maryland Stationary Engineer license or ability to meet site requirements.
• Experience operating/maintaining industrial utility systems typical for pharma/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and support facility and utility systems for manufacturing and site operations.
• Lead and coordinate work of non-exempt employees, plan daily activities and tasks.
• Read technical docs including P&IDs, schematics, SOPs, and schedules.
• Ensure safety, GMP/GxP compliance, and log/recordkeeping.
