Job summary

The Valley Health System seeks a GME Simulation Lab Manager to oversee daily operations of the simulation laboratory, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure safe, effective use of simulation technology across VHS residency programs. You will develop and execute training scenarios in collaboration with Program Directors, and support curriculum design for medical education simulations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years in medical education simulation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in medical education simulation or related training programs and curricula is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the GME simulation laboratory.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of simulation tools.
• Develop and execute simulation training scenarios in collaboration with GME residency Program Directors.
• Support curriculum design and assessment for VHS GME programs.
