Job summary

The Valley Health System in Southern Nevada is seeking a Simulation Manager to oversee the GME simulation laboratory, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure safe, effective use of simulation resources across VHS GME programs. In coordination with each GME residency Program Director, the GME Simulation Lab Manager will design and execute training scenarios, support curriculum development, and serve as a resource for residents and faculty.

Bachelor's degree is required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in medical education simulation or related field.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS instructor certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the GME simulation laboratory.
• Coordinate maintenance and safe use of simulation equipment.
• Design and execute training scenarios for VHS GME residency programs.
• Support curriculum development and act as a resource for residents and faculty.
