Dignity Health - Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield seeks a Simulation Center Program Manager to lead simulation-based education within the Graduate Medical Education department. You will manage operations, coordinate learners, and ensure high-quality training experiences.
The role involves setup, moulage, programming of simulations, and providing AV/IT support for complex systems, while collaborating with students, residents, fellows, faculty, and staff.
As our Simulation Center Program Manager, you will help facilitate simulation-based learning within the Graduate Medical Education (GME) department.
Everyday you will provide simulation based medical education for all resident physicians and visiting medical students. The position enhances the skills and abilities of all learners by organizing, scheduling, and maintaining the simulation center and its associated equipment. This position provides essential technical and audio/visual support for simulation operations and technology including preparation, maintenance and repair of complex computerized systems and associated software, the operation of the data capture systems, related multimedia, and data collection.
To be successful in this position you need to have responsibility for setup, breakdown, moulage, and programming of requested healthcare simulations. The individual in this position communicates with diverse groups of medical students, residents, fellows, faculty, staff, and community members.
