Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a GME Simulation Lab Manager to oversee daily operations of the simulation laboratory and ensure safe, effective use of equipment. You will develop and coordinate training scenarios in partnership with VHS GME residency programs.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years in medical education simulation, and strong communication skills. ACLS/BLS/PALS Instructor certification is required; excellent multitasking and attention to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical education simulation or related training design/coordinations.
• Strong technical and computer proficiency.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS Instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the GME simulation laboratory.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and safe use of simulation tools.
• Develop and execute training scenarios for VHS GME residency programs.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to ensure effective training experiences.
