Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA is seeking a Residency Program Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of accredited residency training programs within the Graduate Medical Education Department.

Under supervision of the GME Manager, you will recruit trainees, coordinate logistics, maintain databases, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of accredited residency training programs.
• Assist with trainee recruitment, onboarding, and project development.
• Maintain databases and communicate with GME Manager, faculty and trainees regarding issues.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation policies and hospital policies.
