Job summary

Geisinger in Pennsylvania seeks a Residency/Fellowship Program Administrator to oversee accreditation, site visit prep, and to manage the residency data system, including evaluations, duty hours, and portfolios. The role also coordinates recruitment and NRMP-related activities and supports budget management for the program.

You will work with GME leadership and program directors to implement policies, track logs, and ensure compliance with national requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with accreditation processes and site visit preparation.
• Familiarity with Graduate Medical Education policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation and site visit preparation and execution.
• Administer the residency/fellow data management system including evaluations, duty hours, and portfolios.
• Coordinate residency/fellow recruitment and NRMP/CODA processes.
• Manage program budgets and resident CME budgets along with financial reconciliations.
• Track residency and fellowship procedure and case logs.
• Proctor In-Training Examinations for residents/fellows.
• Collaborate with GME leadership, program directors, and clinic managers.
