Job summary

Banner Health seeks an Associate Manager, Residency Administrator to lead medical education operations within Graduate Medical Education (GME). You will supervise coordinators, coordinate recruitment and interviews, and ensure programs meet accreditation and institutional requirements.

You will collaborate with program leaders to design schedules, manage credentialing, and monitor budgets while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction across Banner Health’s GME portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human relations or related field.
• C-TAGME certification required or to be obtained within two years.
• Notary Public commission within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of residency/fellowship programs and ensure accreditation/compliance with ACGME and institutional standards.
• Lead a team of program coordinators; hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff while managing budgets.
