Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an Associate Manager, Residency Administrator in Tucson to lead the GME programs, ensuring accreditation and compliance with ACGME standards. You will supervise coordinators, manage recruitment, credentialing, and rotation scheduling, and oversee budgets and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human relations or related field.
• C-TAGME certification within two years; Notary Public within 90 days.
• Five years of experience in a healthcare-related field; strong research and organizational abilities; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to guide and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residency and/or fellowship program operations ensuring ACGME and institutional compliance.
• Supervise daily GME team, monitor processes, and drive improvements.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate department staff within budget.
• Coordinate recruitment events and trainee credentialing and rotation schedules.
• Collaborate with Program Directors to design yearly house staff rotations and participate in GME subcommittees.
