Job summary

Banner Health seeks an experienced administrator to lead Graduate Medical Education programs at University Medical Center Phoenix. The role oversees accreditation, recruitment, and day-to-day GME operations, coordinating with Program Directors and external agencies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

You will supervise a team of program coordinators, manage budgets, and drive process improvements across departments in a leading nonprofit health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human relations or related field.
• Must have C-TAGME or acquire within two years.
• Must possess or obtain active Notary Public within 90 days of hire.
• Five years of experience in a healthcare related field with strong research and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation, recruitment, and operations of GME programs in alignment with ACGME standards.
• Supervise and mentor program coordinators; collaborate with Program Directors and GME leadership.
• Manage databases and reporting for accreditation, surveys, licensure, credentialing, audits, and other reporting.
• Monitor budgets and ensure adherence to financial objectives; lead process improvements and teamwork across departments.
