Job summary

Geisinger seeks an experienced residency/fellowship program administrator to oversee accreditation, site visit preparation, and ongoing compliance within the Graduate Medical Education office.

You will manage data systems, coordinate recruitment, budgeting, policy development, and collaborate with clinic managers to align educational activities with organizational objectives. This role requires independent oversight and effective communication of policies to residents and fellows.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience may be a combination of related work experience and degree obtained (Associate's Degree = 2 years; Bachelor's Degree = 4 years).
• Experience with accreditation processes and site visit preparation is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with program leadership and residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accreditation activities, site visit prep and execution.
• Serve as system administrator for residency/fellow data management system.
• Manage residency/fellow recruitment processes and policy interpretation.
• Budget management and financial reconciliations in collaboration with GME leadership.
• Track resident/fellow logs, evaluations, and duty hours; coordinate examinations.
• Act as liaison for residents/fellows and program leadership.
• Implement and evaluate day-to-day residency/fellowship program activities.
