Lower Bucks Hospital in Bristol, PA, is recruiting a Residency Program Assistant to support the Graduate Medical Education Department. This role provides operational management for accredited residency and subspecialty training programs, under the supervision of the GME leadership.
The position requires 3–5 years of office administration in healthcare/education, strong communication, organization, and strict confidentiality. It is a part-time, daytime role with duties centered in the GME office.

Lower Bucks Hospital is a community hospital, serving the Lower Bucks County region with medical, surgical, and emergency care. Located in historic Bristol, Pennsylvania, the Hospital is well-known for its knowledgeable medical staff, including cardiology, orthopedics, radiology, wound care, and general surgery. The hospital has more than 200 physicians on staff, as well as another 700 employees.
With oversight and direction from the GME Manager/ Administrative Director/DIO, the Residency Program Assistant is responsible for the operational management of the accredited residency training programs. The position requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital policies, as well as a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. The Internal Medicine Residency Program and its subspecialty programs within the Graduate Medical Education Department are covered under this position. The Program Assistant will continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including long range planning, assist with recruiting trainees, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, maintaining databases, communicating with GME Manager, faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues, including internal and external program relations.
