Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking a Supervisor GME Program Manager to oversee the operation of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, credentialing and regulatory documentation, while guiding staff to ensure high performance and consistent processes.

Responsibilities include managing evaluations, coordinating curricula, and supporting program directors and institutional leaders to drive quality and compliance across multiple GME programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graduate medical education.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and track annual resident recruitment activities and interview processes.
• Maintain residency reporting systems and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation of trainees in collaboration with the GME Office.
• Lead and mentor residency coordinators and support staff to ensure high performance.
