USA Health is seeking an administrative professional to support the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program along the Gulf Coast. The role focuses on coordinating educational quality, compliance with accreditation standards, and maintaining program documentation across multiple sites.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for up to 4 years of the required experience preferred.
• Certification with the Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) upon hire preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the GME program administratively and operationally.
• Collaborates with Program Director to ensure educational quality and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Serves as primary liaison for the program director, trainees, faculty, departments, sites, and accrediting authorities.
• Maintains program policies, procedures, and records; ensures documentation and training modules are up to date.
• Assists in interview scheduling, budgeting, and processing program-related expenses.
• Trains faculty and staff on software and online databases; attends meetings and maintains minutes.
