Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residency program.
• Provide administrative support to residents during shifts.
• Establish relationships with internal departments and external organizations.
• Implement policies and procedures for the program.
• Identify and assist in rectifying compliance issues.
• Manage curriculum and evaluation documentation.
• Lead recruitment operations and application processes.
• Coordinate onboarding of newly matched residents.
• Plan departmental annual events and meetings.
• Prepare for ACGME Site Visits and manage budget.
• Ensure optimal educational environment for residents.
