Job summary

Chino Valley Medical Center is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee accredited GME training programs under the guidance of the Program Directors. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of national accreditation policies and hospital procedures to ensure ongoing accreditation and program excellence.

You will recruit trainees, maintain databases, coordinate projects, and communicate with faculty and trainees regarding a broad range of issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and/or Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) experience preferred.
• ACGME experience preferred.
• TAGME certification encouraged but not required.
• Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functions of accredited GME training programs.
• Understand and apply national accreditation policies and hospital policies.
• Recruit trainees and manage projects; analyze and maintain databases.
• Communicate with faculty and trainees on a range of issues and manage internal/external program relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GME databases.
