Job summary

Chino Valley Medical Center is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to oversee the operational functions of its accredited graduate medical education programs. You will work under the Program Directors, ensuring alignment with national accreditation policies and hospital guidelines.

The role requires organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects, recruit trainees, and maintain databases while coordinating with faculty and trainees to resolve a range of issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of GME and/or UME experience preferred
• ACGME experience preferred
• TAGME certification encouraged but not required
• Experience with New Innovations, ERAS preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions of accredited GME training programs
• Understand national accreditation policies and hospital policies
• Plan, recruit trainees, manage projects and databases
• Communicate with faculty and trainees regarding issues and manage internal/external relations
