Job summary

USA Health is seeking an Administrative/Operations Specialist for Graduate Medical Education in Mobile. The role supports a GME training program with 21–40 positions, ensuring educational quality and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with the Program Director and serve as liaison to trainees, faculty, departments, and accrediting bodies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with experience, or a bachelor’s degree, and preferred TAGME certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for 4 years of the required experience preferred.
• Certification with the Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) upon hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support for a GME training program with 21–40 permanent training positions.
• Collaborates with the Program Director to develop and maintain educational quality and ensure accreditation compliance.
• Serves as primary liaison between the program director, trainees, faculty, departments, sites, and accrediting authorities.
