Job summary

Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Manager to oversee accreditation, compliance, and operations for the residency and fellowship programs.

This leadership role ensures readiness for ACGME site visits, coordinates budgeting, and supervises the GME team, including program coordinators, DIO, and directors. Strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills are essential to drive program quality and institutional compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating ACGME accreditation activities across multiple programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze data to support accreditation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional and program preparation for ACGME site visits.
• Maintain ADS data accuracy and manage annual updates.
• Coordinate GMEC meetings, orientation, and educational programs.
• Support budget preparation and program development.
• Oversee coordination between DIO, program directors, and coordinators.
