Job summary

Shasta Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the Family Medicine Residency, working with the Program Director to design rotations, track expenses, and ensure compliance with ACGME policies. You will supervise the program staff and collaborate with departments to develop academic and research activities.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with NRMP, ERAS, ABFM and ACGME frameworks.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
Superior organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
Three years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

The position will manage the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support and oversight.
Design curricular rotations and track program expenses.
Troubleshoot residency issues and evaluate/enhance the program.
Ensure compliance with ACGME policies in collaboration with the Program Director.
