Shasta Regional Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative leadership. The role includes designing curricular rotations, tracking expenses, troubleshooting issues, and elevating the program in collaboration with the Program Director to ensure ACGME compliance.

Qualificações

• Experience developing and implementing ideas into academic programs.
• Familiarity with ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
• Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Three years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support and oversight.
• Design curricular rotations, track program expenses, troubleshoot residency issues and evaluate/enhance the program.
• Work with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME policies.
