Shasta Regional Medical Center, a Prime Healthcare facility in Northern California, seeks a program manager to oversee the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative support. The role includes designing rotations, tracking expenses, and ensuring compliance with ACGME policies.

You will collaborate with the Program Director and faculty to develop curriculum, academic and research programs, managing staff and coordinating cross-department efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
• Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
• Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,300 to100,339.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
