Job summary

Shasta Regional Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee the Family Medicine Residency Program and provide administrative leadership. The role includes designing curricular rotations, tracking expenses, troubleshooting issues, and elevating the program in collaboration with the Program Director to ensure ACGME compliance.

• Superior organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Three years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

• Experience with developing and implementing program ideas into successful academic programs.
• Experience and understanding of ACGME, NRMP, ERAS, ABFM.
• Experience with New Innovations and ACGME webADs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal, problem solving, diplomatically handling problems of a sensitive and/or confidential nature.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in an ACGME accredited program preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,300 to100,339.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
