Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate specialization and four (4) years of related experience, or Master's degree in an appropriate specialization and two (2) years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple programs or a single large program including all non-clinical functions such as program administration, finance, recruitment, trainee credentialing and supervision of program staff.
• Ensures the program remains in compliance with Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requirements.
• Advises program leadership with the interpretation of specialty requirements and collaborates with the Program Director on budget development and reporting.
• Oversees recruitment processes, site visits, accreditation actions, and maintains accurate trainee records in IRIS and residency management software.
