Job summary

Florida International University (FIU) Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine is seeking a Sr. Program Administrator for Graduate Medical Education to join the team at Baptist Hospital Miami.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, trainee recruitment, scheduling, evaluations and compliance with GME standards. Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating orientations, and ensuring adherence to ACGME and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or six years of related experience.
• Healthcare or university setting experience preferred, including GME.
• Advanced knowledge of GME and ACGME program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations of multiple programs or a single large program.
• Prepare program budgets and monitor expenditures and projections.
• Coordinate trainee recruitment, interviews and requirements compliance.
• Schedule rotations, conferences, evaluations, and meetings for trainees.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding, and offboarding processes for trainees.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and accreditation processes.
