The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Coordinator at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences provides administrative support to the Program Director for the Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine Residencies. The role acts as a bridge between attending physicians, residents, and regulatory offices.

It coordinates residency activities, HR functions, and ensures licensing compliance while supporting program leadership with high-level administrative tasks and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus three years of administrative/program coordination experience, or High School diploma/GED with seven years of experience.
• Experience in Graduate Medical Education or Medical Education Administration preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs the workflow and supervises administrative paperwork for the residency program.
• Coordinate residency data, records, and performance metrics.
• Assist with licensing, visa, travel, and reimbursements; manage program budget and reporting.
