Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: a bachelor’s degree and two years relevant program experience.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 15 lbs.
• Familiarity with ACGME and ABR requirements and MUSC policies.

Responsibilities

• ACGME Residency Program Management: oversee daily operation of Radiology and related residency programs and ensure accreditation compliance.
• Residency Recruitment: coordinate the annual recruitment activities and related processes.
• Administrative Coordination: manage education initiatives department-wide and mentor sub-specialty coordinators.
• Clinical Competency Committee (CCC): maintain resident dashboards and track milestones and exams.
• Administrative Support to Program Director: provide comprehensive support to the core and sub-specialty directors.
• GME liaison for the Department of Radiology: serve as liaison to the Graduate Medical Office and attend GMEC meetings.
• Backup for Radiology Education Website: review and train on website management tools.
• Complete any additional tasks to support accreditation and department needs.
