Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years admin experience in lieu of degree.
• All certifications required on hire unless stated otherwise.
• Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in an ACGME-accredited GME program preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in MS Office, ERAS, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and applies ACGME and hospital policies to support compliance.
• Manages program activities and events with the Program Director.
• Schedules didactic, simulation, and patient-care teaching.
• Oversees Clinical Faculty time and attendance; liaises with Compliance.
• Coordinates oversight of faculty development with GME Leadership.
• Develops and oversees the Departmental budget.
• Coordinates residency recruitment, interviews, and NRMP ranking.
• Manages resident applications and matching processes.
• Maintains residency data and reporting for external/internal agencies.
