HCA Healthcare in Austin, TX seeks a GME Program Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of residency programs and coordinate recruitment and onboarding. You will ensure compliance with ACGME requirements, maintain documentation, and support learning environments for residents and faculty.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), experience in healthcare education, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred and training in graduate medical education is beneficial.
• Experience in healthcare education or administration is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email tools.
• Knowledge of ACGME requirements and residency program operations is helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations of residency/fellowship programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment and NRMP processes.
• Ensure program accreditation requirements are met and documented.
• Prepare and maintain program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for trainees.
• Serve as liaison to residents/fellows for educational experiences.
• Support budgeting, site visits, and program updates with leadership.
