Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital seeks a GME Program Coordinator to assist in the administrative and operational management of ACGME Residency Programs. You will work under the Program Manager/Director, handling duties across recruitment, credentialing, and relations with faculty and residents.

Responsibilities include supporting ERAS processes, contracts, and databases, while ensuring compliance with bylaws and regulatory standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of office administration experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with New Innovations software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Program Director, Program Manager, and GME faculty.
• Handle general questions from residents and students via phone, fax, email, and walk-in.
• Acts as a liaison between residents and hospital/program administration.
• Assist in ERAS management and interview scheduling for applicants.
• Prepare contracts and credentialing in line with bylaws and regulatory standards.
• Maintain resident files and databases; monitor Duty Hour compliance.
• Coordinate clerkships and affiliation agreements with clinical sites.
• Plan residency program events, exams, and related activities.
