Job summary

The position focuses on administering New Innovations and related databases, collaborating with partners on financial reporting, and driving data-driven process improvements within GME.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in health care/graduate medical education or program coordination.
• Analytic skills and proficiency with Excel.
• Project management experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the New Innovations database and medical education related data systems.
• Data collection and accuracy for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage & collaborate with site partners on financial cost reporting related to the Intern and Resident Information System (IRIS).
• Provide training on New Innovations and serve as expert resource for residents, fellows, coordinators, and faculty.
• Create tutorials/manuals and conduct database workshops for GME program personnel.
