Job summary

Yale New Haven Health seeks a system-wide GME software administrator to lead MedHub operations and oversee the official GME website. You will coordinate with 110+ GME programs, staff, and vendors to ensure data integrity, compliance, and high-quality reporting.

Responsibilities include training program coordinators and faculty, developing tools to aggregate residency outcomes, and maintaining privacy of sensitive resident information across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience with major databases and program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work independently or in teams and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer the system-wide GME software and the official GME website.
• Manage MedHub database operations and liaise with the vendor.
• Coordinate with hospitals sharing residents and programs.
• Provide training to program coordinators and faculty.
• Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of House Staff information.
• Produce reports to meet HR, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
