Ultipro is seeking a 1-month temporary HR administrative assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. You will assist with employee relations, changes, and maintaining HR files, while handling inquiries about policies, pay, and programs.
Ideal candidates have up to 2 years as a data clerk or admin assistant and at least 2 years in customer service, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication. Kronos experience is a plus.
Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources function and duties. Assists internal customers with inquiries regarding pay, services, policies and programs. Carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: record keeping, filing, employee relations. 1-month temporary.
