Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a consistent guest-first culture.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals.
• Oversee stocking, signing, pricing and merchandising to keep the floor guest-ready.
• Recruit, interview and develop hourly team members; supervise and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and loss-prevention practices.
