Qualifications
3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, or ecommerce.
Proven ability to drive efficiency and results in fast-paced environments.
Strong people leadership and change-management skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day kitchen, service, and fulfillment operations across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.
Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, waste, and shelf-life adherence, adjusting as needed.
Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
Set KPIs and drive improvements in guest experience and financial performance.
