You will lead a shared kitchen serving several brands, channels, and delivery methods, and own the local P&L while guiding a multifunctional team. The role emphasizes operational dexterity, staff and partner management, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, or ecommerce.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency and results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong people leadership and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen, service, and fulfillment operations across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, waste, and shelf-life adherence, adjusting as needed.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Set KPIs and drive improvements in guest experience and financial performance.
