Wonder, Richardson, TX, is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands, channels, and delivery methods. You will manage a multifunctional team, own the local P&L, and drive business results in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment while partnering with brand teams and vendors to ensure quality and consistency. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven leadership with growth and advancement; strong KPI management.
• Comfortable managing hybrid workforce including contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Own the location P&L and drive costs and margins.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop hourly staff and shift leaders.
• Partner with brand vendors and operate with Wonder standards.
• Grow talent pipelines and deploy trainers for new openings.
