Job summary

United Access seeks a General Manager to lead a Sumner, WA branch, driving sales, operations, and financial performance. You will own P&L, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across mobility and automotive solutions, rentals, and service.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Mobility Specialists and support staff, implement local sales strategies, manage inventories, and ensure operational excellence while growing the business and strengthening community

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a General Manager or similar leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• 3+ years leading a team of five or more employees.
• Proven experience driving revenue and managing business results.
• Strong sales leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Experience coaching employees and building teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with business systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own branch profitability and P&L while driving sales growth and customer experience.
• Lead by example in vehicle, mobility equipment, and rental sales.
• Coach team members and manage lead management and pipeline.
• Ensure operational excellence across sales, rentals, service, and admin.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop staff; conduct reviews.
