Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience (Domino’s experience preferred).
• Able to lead and motivate a team under pressure and adapt to store needs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and maintain daily operations in a fast-paced store.
• Review and optimize sales, food cost, and labor to meet targets.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain high levels of customer service and staff motivation.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
