Domino’s Team Murph is seeking motivated individuals to join our management track as General Managers in Training. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while working in a fast-paced, fun environment with a clear path to store leadership.

The ideal candidate has management experience, a driven attitude, and strong communication skills. You’ll drive operations, uphold food safety, train team members, and deliver outstanding customer service in Schertz, Texas.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly
• Ensure food safety compliance
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service
• Motivate staff and lead by example
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility daily
